You still don't get more point bro. Our major undoing this season was that we didn't have a quality bench. In fact, the midfield was the worst since i have been supporting barca. Coutinho offers two options - right winger nd attacking midfielder. Messi can't play as an attacking midfielder. He has the ability, but he is more suited as a free man, drifting to wherever he likes on the field. So, with a guy like Coutinho on the field, the forwards will be able to switch wings effectively to suit Messi. Thiago is obviously not coming back. Thats a goose chase! Eriksen or Seri will make good signings, if psg doesn't want to release Verrati.
Also, i prefer Deloufeu to Vitolo, if the guy can at least stop his frequent showmanism.

Vidal is a good RB. He should stay. Digne is very good. He can challenge Alba for place in the starting 11. Gomes is too slow, too sluggish and most times lack that sharpness needed of a Barcelona midfielder. Dennis Suarez passed through the Barca system, so i think he can still proof his worth (Enrique didn't give him as much opportunity as Gomes. I still don't know why tho). Turan is good, but he should be sold.
I still repeat, MESSI can't play as an Attacking midfielder. He is more suited to the free role. We were successful with an Iniesta that wasn't defensive for many years, so why shouldn't we with Coutinho?? Seri is good bro!

I am not referring to slow in that context bro. Gomes is slow in reacting and deciding. We need someone there replace Xavi, yes. But what about Iniesta? Iniesta has aged, we can't depend on him every match anymore.

For us to win Champions league again, it's essential we play a winger and move Messi to the middle, cos our right wing is always the weakest against big teams, so a natural winger like vitolo will help the RB more than Messi and leaves Messi with the chance to pick all his amazing passes and run the show @d middle.

Deulofeu is a spoil brat am sure may never make it in barca colours, though talented but proud, Messi is barca and barca is messi and until he retires, even the club president can't be bigger than him, he will only succeed if he can learn to be in messi shadows. i doubt if ernesto will sign any player.....he is known for using only players from academy.....he coached bilbao without signing players outside basque region

But age is passing him by and he is already drifting to the middle, I expect valverde to talk with him but I expect to see Messi more in the middle next season to start his transition to a more rounded attacking midfielder.
