I believe your concerns about the JF-17 is simply because you are scared sh1tless of a disappointment. That's why you are always JF-17 this, JF-17 that.

I guess everyone of us has been in one way or the other, in your current state. It is normal.

My advice to you is to try get a grip of your emotions, the jets would come, it has been budgeted for. Let's just wait.

He knows nothing about armament and aircraft. He's just a fanboy. The Nigerian l39 and A-Jets carry have carried out bombardment with bombs over 250kg and he's here saying a trainer can only carry 250KG bombs.

40 units? Are you kidding me? Two squadrons of the JF-17 were ordered...thats barely 24 plus 3 trainers. Also you gotta realise we stuck to the Alpha jets and F-7's because it was a familiar platform for pilots. Who is gonna fly the planes? It takes at the very least 14 months to train ONE pilots to fly a 4th Gen pilots. If you think you can built 30 new Jf-17's and assemble 3 suadrons of qualified pilot under a year or two...then i dont know what to tell you.

Alpha jet - Light attack aircraft and an advanced trainer.
F-7 - Fighter interceptor.

L39- High performance trainer.

NAF video shows only A-jets and F-7 in combats. The L39 being armed is an advantage as it makes it easy to deploy aircrafts when some are not available.

Makes sense, however note that these raids including helicopters alone are nightime opps, I don't know the kind of training the Aw109 pilots and gunners have but I believe this is the limiting factor for their involvement (nighttime).

These lovely AML-90 Lynxes were recently modernised by a French company for an unknown client.

Not sure if the blue is the final coat of paint or just a primer. It would seem to indicate gendarmerie as opposed to armed forces vehicles.

Cannot recognise the licence plate, unfortunately. End user could be Morocco or Tunisia.

An update on this post I made a month or so ago: the AML-90 Lynxes depicted were indeed going to Morocco.

the rockets will do the same job as the gunner on the A1O9 CHOPPAS. And dont forget that the MI35M has its own remote controlled gun.

Yes, because it carries bombs and rockets changes a whole lot. That is why it is referred to as a Trainer/Light Attack.

NAF MI-17 terminators are referred to as Transport/Assault helicopters.

Don't blame the force. The guys did their best, military personnel are also human. Let blame our governments as they lack foresight.
