Please kindly advise me, a friend of mine is owing me #100.000, I have beg and plead with him for over a year now, but he refused to pay me. And I don't want to use force. Please what's the best way to recover my money back. Please don't tell me to use police or any security agency because they have already disappointed me on that case. We did a legitimate business together and the money was paid to his account. But he refused to pay me my own share.

well report to his father,pastor,uncle, girlfriend or any third person who commands his respect. But before you report him ehn, call him n try beg him to know when he would pay . Record this conversation as your evidence before the elders or third parties just to establish that he is a dubious person because he may deny ever doing any Biz with you. Who paid in the money, when and under what circumstance.
Next time be wiser try and be smarter. Be ready to move on and make more money to his chagrin. Let this situation be your catalyst to success which is the sweetest revenge. Prove to him you pass 100k. cheers.
