How many indigenous igbos are in Cross River, Akwa ibom, Bayelsa and Edo states? When we tell them we're not for Biafra they say there's nothing like SS, but then they turn around and say SS is Biafra.

Why are your people forcing a referendum on us? Did we ask for one? Did Wales take part in the Scottish referendum? All the various tribes of the SS have spoken in one voice that we are against Biafra but all you people do is insult us for not aligning with Biafra.

The reasonable thing Igbo's could have done was to send prominent people who would try to convince us on the pros of joining Biafra but instead they arrogantly included us in their maps and told us to our faces that we're biafrans whether or not we like it. That alone dashed all hopes of SS joining Biafra.

Also, we stand to gain absolutely nothing in Biafra. We have all it takes to survive and prosper in our Niger Delta Republic.

Edo: 1 Igbo community (Igbanke), est pop. 20,000
Delta: Just one senatorial district of which Ndokwa and Ika deny being Igbo, est pop. 1.2m
Bayelsa: No Igbo community
Rivers: Igboid groups dominated, est pop. 2m
Akwa Ibom: No Igbo community
Cross Rivers: one or two Igbo settlements, est pop 10,000


How does the above estimated 3.2m Igboid groups account for 60% of Niger Delta's 25milion population?

You see why we will never trust Igbos? You don't yet have Biafra but you feel you own the South. What will then happen when you do?

Just advocate for an igboid country and leave minorities in the South alone. They have nothing to gain but Igbo domination!
