How did standard foundation go

I will say ‘a lot’. If I am motivated I can hit 130 but on regular days 20 - 60.

Well can engage in many programs with regards to strength training but still hate push ups. I am now taking it one step at a time, I get 10reps in 3sets now. Will continue to progress.
