Fulani herdsmen becoming reoccurring menace in the polity, just few days after threatening and openly rejecting the anti grazing bill passed by the benue state house if assembly, scores of innocent civilian lives were wasted and butchered like cows. this is really pathetic and heart breaking, those who have perpetrated this crimes and those supporting them will not go unpunished insha allah

omenkata is welcome as a refugee in my state.

Please all the south south and south east states should accept these refugees, after all the Europeans are accepting their fellow white folks from Syria. Be your brothers keeper. wink wink wink

I knew it would come to this!!! It's all the fault of clueless Ortom. Very soon, they will produce birth certificate to show they were born in benue.
Benue legislature needs to pass a law pushing them out.

Imagine laying claims to someone land.....
The plot thickens. F00lanis herders never tire to play 'killers', they now know they're "pastoralists" and dem even dey form history lesson teachers? wonderful?! Shouldn't the dialogues, townhall meets, sensitizations etc and this their sudden 'accursed' history-lesson updates have come first instead of all the lives they ended unjustly?!

If dey had any sensible point to make, was it by marauding and killing innocent, unarmed people? Look at all the efforts of Igboland in pushing the Biafra land bid, how many homes have they raided and killed? How many innocents have they bombed? There's a way to push your point across in the modern world and there're ways that set your cause back, simple! No sensible person will be giving this useless id10ts any attention now if not for the "shithole-with-ineffectual-buffoon-leaders" that Nigeria is!

They are cowards and corrups/fraudulent as Igbos

All the places they attacked, they looked at the place that has proven to be weakest in reaction and decided to invent their their lies about the place.

Who are you to decide if anyone welcomes you in their homes or not?

So is it after killing their wives and children that you should say they don't have a right to welcome you?

So you even know that is not your place so you defer to ECOWAS advocacy for free movement.
From where did you create the imagination that free movement implies freedom to go and kill targeted people whose lands you are coveting?

Okay, why don't you go to Ghana and try and kill some locals. After all, the free movements baptizes you with those rights . In fact, based on those rights, I and my own cronies can go up north to Niger state and kill people so they can flee and I can find a place to plant some crops. I am covered by the agreement that there should be free movement.

This is a disgrace unto Buhari, confirmation of an Islamisation agenda which I did not really want to believe before and...
I have to accept from the evidence of the unintelligent murderous fraud going here that these northerners are [/b]worse than Igbos. I thought Igbos were fraudulent. Now I can see super, super and kind of unintelligent fraudulence.[/b]

A man cannot sneak across the very middle of the village square, at noon, when the village is gathered and listening to the chief and believe in his heart that he is not seen

On national TV when a group of people first gathered to sort out the Agatu killings (after the president had ignored it for so long)
the Agatu spokesperson asked if there is anything they had done to warrant those attacks from people who do not even share a common boundary with them. The Fulani representatives just looked numb and bereft of words to speak in their defense. The only thing the spokesperson for them came up to say (in rather subdued fashion) was that they too suffer the same fate from cattle rustlers or some people might be revenging for some misunderstanding in the past or something to that effect.

This is a shame. Now they believe the people of the area are weak, they make the move to claim they have been their since and it is their land. Why didn't they do that in Ekiti state?

In Ekiti, they just complied humbly with the normal laws of the land after "looking at Fayose's eyes" and concluding that he was not joking

You see why I say they are cowards?
nice observations, the anti grazing bill may not be tolerated like that of ekiti by powers at hand, saw several herds grazing in uniagrc mkd recently, the islamazation agenda won't work

Northern states have the potential of being the most fertile land in Nigeria, but their government lack foresight. It is just a matter of soil re-engineering. They can take a clue from Israel, if you know how that land was as far back as 30's, you will marvel at it today.

That aside, Northern Government has the solution to the marauding Fulani Herdsmen, but it seems they are using them for some secret sinister reasons. It must surely backfire.

"We were there in the Benue valley before them…before they
moved from Congo and settled in Cross River and later moved to the Benue valley. So they met the pastoralist there."

Can you imagine what that wild animal is saying? So he was there when Tiv people moved from Congo to Cross River? How mzny thousands of years ago? When everyone knows the Fulani are probably the most recent settlers in this geographical space called Nigeria, they have always been shiftless, nomads! Now they are killing everybody and laying claim to every land because their Grand Patron is president.

It is not the core northern states that are the most fertile it is the middle belt of Nigeria usually called north-central that have the most fertile lands. The north-west and north-east are not even as fertile as the southern states, they just have the advantage of massive land area.

Are dey going to destroy all the villages and kill everybody in Benue? Wat kind of rubbish is going on in Nigeria?
Seriously, it is feasible that fulani can make things difficult if they perceive their very survival is threatened. As a country, we must fashion out a practical solution that will ensure a harmonious coexistence of herdsmen and farmer. Farmers produce grains and fulani produce almost all the local beef we consume.

I know, I am also aware of the desertification issue. They have MASSIVE land mass laying waste. If they invest not even upto a quarter of the money they waste in frivolities into soil engineering, their land will become the envy of Nigerians. Their Land mass is an untapped agricultural advantage, they use it only for political advantage while their people die in ignorance.

Just do small research on Israeli agricultural researches, you will realise that the Fulani Herdsmen have no reason to invade other people's land
