Remember the question asked for the most logical answer, why not think outside the box and look for something missing.

Multiply 33 by 33 = 1089 add its digits together to get 18

Apply the same principle to the first two and you will arrive at 4 and 16 respectively.

I'll go with 64 : 4 * 4 * 4(4 ³ ) = 64
