I just got my infinix hot 3 last Saturday. By Wednesday i noticed a blue line running across the phone, by Friday, it had increased to 3 lines. Then today, the screen just went dim by itself and nothing I've done seems to make it bright. Also the indicator light isn't showing. What do I do?

Here's the trick.

Go into your file manager (or explorer).
Try to locate that saved picture which cannot open. If u have thumbnails enabled, u will see a question mark symbol beside it, on the left.
Next, tap and hold down to select or highlight the file. Click the Menu button and click Rename.

You should now observe that the name ends with .o.

You need need to change this to .jpg


Example,
Agbani.o becomes Agbani.jpg

Go to gallery Now, your pic is waiting for you.

Morning all, please my infinix hot 3 keeps rebooting by itself. This started like once in a week and was tolerable but now it reboots on and on and wont get beyond the xui face. I have done soft and hard reset but it did not help. and carlcare cant help also since warranty period has lapsed. Any advice from someone with such problems and solution will be appreciated.

mine also had same issues and now it has packed up.I took it to Carl care and was told 24k for the panel. anyone that needs any part of the phone can contact me at give away prices plus the battery too.
