State police is better than the present arrangement. You cannot send an officer to a strange terrain in which he does not even understand their deep culture, mentality, and language, and expect him to be maximally effective. Where on earth will this kind of thing happen and the perpetrators will be so bold to come up with a compensation plan. If this can happen to a serving policeman deployed to maintain peace, then what is the hope of a common man in this country?” Na waooo! If I should advised, I'll tell the family to accept the offer. Now they're claiming he was on official duty. They didn't tell us here of how they refused to look for him for 5 days before he was buried alive- useless NPF!
