My Tecno L9 plus gets hot while charging, and I want to update it. I was told I will change the panel. Now my question is, how sure am I that the engineer on your end won't tamper with something else on the phone? How am I sure that more faults won't develop. This is a phone not up to a month. Please allay my fears

If you visited an actual Carlcare Centre, the engineer is only concerned with fixing your phone. @djmask He detected that the Board is faulty, that's the reason why the phone gets hot. Please, trust that your device is not being fixed by an amateur or a thief. WE repair not remove. It's all in your best interest. cool

Hello @ProfEinstein The warranty does not cover Physical damages. You'll pay to fix the screen.

To fix your Hot note charging port will cost you N1,200; Please note that we don't give out phone parts - you'll drop the phone for it to be fixed. Also, if anything else has been tampered with or changed previously or there's a physical damage, you'll be asked to pay for it.

having issues with my phone very slow charging I changed my charger and cord and even downgraded from 7.0 to 6.0,someone said I may have to take it to care centre for repairs but the issue is my phone is still under warranty but my calibrator is broken abit but its still working well will they still charge me if its the sub-board that is bad

I have a Samsung Tab 10.1. Recently, it refuses to charge beyond 5-10%.

Even if it is left to charge for 2 days, immediately tou unplug it it bleeps plug charger/battery low.

What could be wrong?
