don't carry christian "ID card" everywhere they go, hence people hardly blame
Christianity for a crime committed by a christian except one
can bring up biblical verses supporting such acts.

But for the muslims, they influence everywhere they go with their
religion demanding that their religion be respected and even attempting
to make others comply with Islamic laws, so whenever a Muslim commits

There are post exposure drugs that are administered if 72 hours have not elapsed. They are taken orally for some period. In this girl's case that will not work since she's already tested positive.
