Let's assume the US is the most diverse developed country in the world, and one of the most populous, Nigeria still has more black women than they do. The population of blacks there is still not up to a quarter of caucasians despite blacks having the highest minority no.
Its a no brainer.
Even Dr to patient ratio is higher than Nigeria's.

A Nigerian oby/gyn would definitely have seen more fibroid cases. Surgery is all about skills.

The more cases you do, the better your skills.
