'Drop' the letter with them and head home, I believe for most schools session ends in August and September. Losing a year can't be equated with loss of life.
The same applies to other Igbo students in the core Northern States. I will not weep for any Stubborn Igbo man or woman who remained in the Core North States beyond second week of September.
