lol just finished watching a man and a woman and its one of the saddest movies I've ever seen, the leads portrayed their roles well, the fact that gong yoo has to live a miserable life cos of commitment to his family is so sad, dust entered my eye n water came out a bit *side eyes*, kinda reminded me of choi jin hyuk's fate at the end of heirs.

just learnt kang ha neul is cameoing in bride of the water god, someone should please give this oppa a drama

hmm I am very very picky, there are many good dramas I've watched but they haven't been perfect, I think the only drama that came close to perfect for me is shark even though I didn't understand the end

A whole Insung was called unexpectedly by happy together crew to appear in their show, he didn't waste time and came. At a time they thought it's time for him to go but he said he will stay back. Said he is mostly alone.

I liked how honest he was I just saw a glimps of the second part off to watch it

its an adaptation of a fantasy sageuk manhwa, but the drama version is set in modern times, I don't know if they are going to stick to the fantasy element or not. the people that read the manhwa have said it WS great, I don't know if the drama will be good too n frankly I don't care, I'm in this for the cast

This drama is so interesting, it has everything inside= cutes, funny moments, sad ones, actions, melo etc.
It made me remember jumong and empress ki, but with different storylines..
Of course this drama is not the best written kdrama but the writing's far from been bad like some are saying, a lot of creepers everywhere making creepy comments about this drama, mdbc lovers *takes cover*
I was right that hwa gun would be getting less screen times as the story moves which is already happening, but ga eun whey whey Whayyugondodat? I like this actually, first was cp pretended that he didn't know ga eun and then it's ga eun's turn to un leash some torture on the cp
Each has their reasons tho..
I'm still baffled As to why viewers thought ga eun's character is not developed in those recent eps, i mean she did a lot of things in those eps, maybe they were expecting nikita or xena the princess warrior, they expected her to be beating people up or something? Lol strong is not all about physical strength, there are so many things that can you strong as a person eg your ability to sustain hardships, endurance, boldness and so on, these are part of things that make you strong.

In most sageuks, at this point, the lead male and female should be working together to achieve their common goal. But they are still in dark of each other's plans. I don't know but the lead female character is annoying me. Since she converted a wasteland to a fruitful land, she has not achieved anything. She wants to dethrone the king? Agiooo, even a dog passing by would laugh. With what power, what method?

You're wrong, it is the Queen dowager that want to dethrone the fake king because she knows he's fake or maybe she wants the power for herself or just doing it for the sake of the country by collecting power from dae mok hands, the reason why ga eun is on Queen's side is because she wants to gain her father's honour back since the Queen promised her. That was why she broke the heart of the cp.

I still can't see how hwa goon is written better when she barely appears on screen now..

I know everything will fall in place at the end, but Ayam not feeling the process. Their romance no even reach one day, she carry her legs to the palace.

She is going to do that by helping the queen as long as their surface objectives remain the same. It is that simple.

And through helping the queen (and exploiting the favour of the fake king) she will rise through the ranks and slowly build her own power to the point where she will become a force to reckon with in the Palace. In essence the Crown Prince will fight Daemok outside while she will wage war inside the palace

We should not expect that because she is the heroine she will magically have the power to just fight Pyunsoo Group just like that. Even had her father not died she would still have been the powerless daughter of a powerless official. Her going into the Palace is to earn the power to fight those people. Just like the Crown Prince had to spend 5 years earning the backing of the peddlers (and, by implication, the common people) and the merchants, she also has to spend time making alliances. She has chosen the Palace as her battlefront and her war there just started.

Moral of this long sermon: have patience.

I have a feeling she might end up as queen to the CP. I'm tired of the unrequited lover always losing out completely at the end and either dying or leaving. Some other ending would be refreshing for a change. And in this case she deserves it seeing as she has the pedigree, connections and intelligence to be queen.

I simply can't get over kim so yeon wedding dress. Like it's so simple and so beautiful. No puffy ball gown or excessive material and it fits her like a glove. Perfect

So I wasn't the only one that thought her idea was ridiculous. You want to dethrone the king? With what powers? She thinks it is by mouth alone.

I am equally not too happy about the progress of the drama, but I am still completely invested in the drama. But my God. Who goes from I want to be with you and never leave you to I am going to be a Court lady and forget about you completely. Now from the preview, the fake King will do everything now to get Ga Eun and she will be his driving force to do foolish things.
On the other hand, a part of me wants Cp to just continue being the chief peddler, defeat the bad guys and just live a quiet life with Ga Eun outside the palace because we all know the crazy sacrifices that comes with being a king. He will have to let one thing go to achieve another and have watched enough saeguk to guess who he will have to let go at the end of the day.

All in all, I'm enjoying the drama and please they should spare me the love triangle. I don't need it

You know on a normal day, we are supposed to dislike the second female lead because she's always around the male lead and all that. But for some unknown reasons, I don't completely hate her. Infact she's achieved more that others so far and she's genuinely just trying to help the Cp, it's just sad the Cp won't want her. And truly, she has all things to be the queen. But I doubt that's ever going to happen

Wish me luck guys. My Friday-Saturday drama ended last week. Now I want to start cheese in the trap. I wanted to try Rebel, but...... *whew* the drama is up to 30episodes.
