Real Estate boom In South East As Easterners Return Home by hornyofife(op): 1:35pm On Jun 10, 2017
there are strong indications that cost of land have skyrocketed ever since the kaduna declaration.

A land that have been telling a friend to buy since last year was stand @ 3/3.5million a plot at the outskirts of Owerri 2weeks ago has all of a sudden, is standing at 6million naira. The cheapest around there now is btw 5.5 and 5.8million.

and also, i have it in good authority that there is increase demand for shop and office apartments as well as residential apartments.

Please if you have the money, this is the best time to invest in landed properties in the east, which am very sure will be a booming business in the coming months..

Longlive biafraland.

This is not good o!

Do not profit off of someone else's misery.

Sell the land at a reduced rate for any returnees from the North.

We are capitalist and the thing you see there happens in a capitalist economy.

When you are at the bus stop in Lagos and it starts raining, does price increases or remain constant?

Sometimes if you make use of your brain you will feel a whiff

Be fooling your self.. so for the majority of hustlers who are middle class, we should be rejoicing we are going back home where we might have to use our life savings to buy land and build house..

when someone can get 10 hectares somewhere in the sw and start farming business that'll be yielding over 10 million/ year with less than 4 million..

instead of taking advantage of our diversity, we are promotion sectionalism and hate..

I'm sure u that is talking u haven't seen 100k before.. rubbish

This is exactly why I won't be part of that Biafra. Evil capitalism will sink it the country even before it starts.

Some agberoes who increase bus fare by 200% when it rains in ojuelegba are already on thread pointing their ewedu-stained fingers on Biafrans and shouting 'capitalism'.

Come which land are you people referring to sef? Is it the same gully eroded land of the biafrauds?

Ok na when you got the over 10 million igbos residing in the North back in the East and war over land starts it will sink into your flat skulls that appreciating hospitable hosts is necessary.
Re: Real Estate boom In South East As Easterners Return Home by RockHard: 8:44am On Jun 11, 2017
What fuckery is this? Why can't the government just allocate a couple of hectares of free land to these people to help ease their resettlement? Whatever happened to being your brother's keeper? Lubbish and Nonsense.

That is exactly why Molues were kicked off the roads in favor of BRT which is cheaper, more comfortable and its fares are stable.

Those danfos are next to be kicked off the roads.

We all know your leaders will then copy our ideas.

Wait oooo......so the best example you can compare yourselves to are agberoshuh

So Biafrans share similar capitalist nature with agberoshuh

Na wa for una ooo. grin

If they all lived and invested all thier money in the north without buying lands or even building houses here in igboland, then they are even lucky to get lands for 6million!!

Am very angry at some of my fellow igbos who don't think home but what am sure of is. . . majority of igbos that builds a house outside igboland already has a good house in thier fathers compund - Sure BET!!
