Today marks the day Ukrainians were finally allowed Free Visa to the rest of Europe, that includes Norway and the rest of the Scandinavia except for UK & Ireland. This is only for Ukrainian citizens, and they are not entitle to work like other EU members.

They don't have to be entitled to work. Just the free visa policy is enough positive in the right direction compared to nothing before. Imagine been given free visa to visit USA and you from Mexico, won't you be more than happy coz that gives you room to search for employment and company that will hire you and file for your papers when you arrive on the visit visa?

Because Ukrainians were granted visa free entrance to the schengen area doesn't mean they've joined Schengen. There will still be border check, exclusion from SIS and other provisions reserved for schengen countries.

Foreigners living in Ukraine will have to qualify on their own merit to schengen, including Nigerians living there.

Never said they are in EU. I said that the free travel makes it easier for them to source for employment during their visit to EU countries. Unlike before that they require visa just for mere visit.
