Don't u have a duvet or a big wrapper u can cover you and your wife while she's breastfeeding your son? Quickie or missionary backyard style is what most couples that gat babies engage it. Most times we leave the bedroom and do our thing elsewhere. The only problem is no time for pre-intimacy cos we want to get to Canaan land sharp sharp. Parenthood especially during the baby stage no be moi moi o.

It can cause the escape of contents into the inner ear from the mouth (there's connection between both cavities). This can give the baby otorrhoea, something which would definitely scare you enough to take him to visit doctor.

But have you tried being adventurous, cos if you are, you wouldn't think of limiting your stuff to the bed alone. How 'bout in a car, in the courtyard or in the kitchen and bathroom as others have suggested?

Maybe you should consider the inconvenience of breast milk otorrhoea on the baby and it's subsequent stress on you when you take it to visit the doctor. It's not just like heat rash or something. It can actually get messier, like the baby developing fever for example.
