They need to do serious external audit in all teaching hospitals x across Nigeria.
Even the auditing firms can be compromised, so reputable ones should be given the job

It's not only Calabar, this is what's killed our healthcare system. Most of the federal teaching hospitals are headed by Profs. of Medicine and they use their supreme position and connections to divert huge budgetary allocations to these hospitals to personal use.
These are the so-called experts in healthcare that everybody expects to do the needful but they abuse the trust and most of the time nothing happens.

Corruption everywhere in this country, even in the medical world... This is beyond the physical, there's a spirit controlling people to just do the wrong things in this country and they cannot but obey because their minds aligns with the spirit of corruption...

Which people in Nigeria are called "Calabar" people? Don't the tribes that live in that state have names? Is there any "Calabar" tribe? Too many Nigerians don't know a thing about the Geography of their country and you are one of them.

Nigeria's case is very abnormal.

Oga I'm only talking in proverb, by saying calabar people, I'm referring to every local tribe in Nigeria with hope but has been shut changed but the elite who rules them.
