Everyday immediately it's 10pm i will fall at sleep leaving my phone ON.
Also immediately its 4:30+am am up nothing stops me.
Is this right?

Do you think I'm joking? I'm a mathematics teacher. I think that is an enough proof. I walk quite a far distance before getting to school.

Bros that's 6hr30mins. Your maths is soo rusty yet you abuse a maths teacher.
You have just described your biological rhythm. To alter your rhythm and have longer sleep, reduce siestas, make your room cool and comfy, have a shower before bedtime, sleep light with minimal clothing, turn off your phones.
Anyways, 6hrs sleep is adequate for a young and middle aged adult
