molding 2000 block two trip of sand, people that will mold it 36k, 50 bags of cements at price of about 2500 to 2600
cost of windows casement about 200 to 350k with protector
You might get pop for the whole flat for 300k
To plaster two bricklayer for a room and a service, so your three bedroom is 6 bricklayer and three services

I'm plucking other low hanging fruits while I brace to do the roof. The estimates I'm getting just dey make son of man weak somehow. But it needs being done.

Please take a look at my Living room and recommend something that might goes with it. The one you had on the previous picture is nice too but the white area will not complement the POP to my taste.

the burden of rent is becoming too much. since I have small piece of land, am thinking of starting a small 3 bedroom apartment but I dnt know how long 2m can go
