Of course the questions seem easy but d test is time sensitive and knowing what to expect gives you more chances of success.

The 'love letter is simply a mail sent by shell to tell you that you have been screened out of the recruitment process. The manner in which they craft it is similar to how we used to write love letters back then.

You might not even understand what they mean to tell you till you read the second time

And about the sample, there are many samples here on this thread. At least 80% of us have gotten ours. I hope you rather get a shell wedding gift instead.

Please I'm curious, I had my test and online interview done last week Wednesday and have not been contacted. How long did it take you guys to get a feedback?

With the way SHELL is sending love letters up and down, I am sure they will end up employing their computers and softwares serving those well constructed mails.

Honestly nothing good comes easy. Shell is a good coy and their yardstick for qualifying applicants will be on the high side.

To those already served love letter, I pray God open a bigger and better door.

To those still expectant of good news, I pray your expectations will not be cut short.

Let's not forget the race is not for the swift but to whom God has shown mercy. I pray testimonies will abound on this thread.

where did you get this information from? What an individual with about 10 years of service earns in a federal govt job in the oil industry is what some IOC'S pay trainee- don't be deceived by the corruption in the system, besides it's not always about salary. This is not a good way to encourage people pls

Dont give people false information.

Roles can only be filled up once people assume the job role which is only after selection process has ended not in the interim.

At this stage, any mail you get is simply auto reply.

Bro don't be confused here. from d beginning u were told d positions r highly competitive. if u had seen anyone who got a regret mail, u will understand wat m saying. m not saying anything new or fake, u were told from d onset. there is no auto reply with shell, a software or human review ur application n performance in all assessments n then sends d respective mail. if its auto reply, u would av gotten n instant mail.

quite funny bro. most federal government jobs r not lucrative, they don't offer career opportunities (d ones that do r meant for people of d political class), they r not even tasking, I don't encourage a young graduate especially d engineers to start their first job there, except its in d aviation or ports or nnpc or ncc. moreover if u r staffed by shell, a director in d f.g job gets half of ur entry level salary in shell, of course u must av worked about 25yrs in some cases 30 to get to a director position. d only thing d f.g job gives u is security n respect. f.g job is a job u should think about wen u r married n tired of working. for fresh young engineers, pls first get ur experience with companies n make enough money from the companies before u become redundant in d f.g job cos it doesn't pay well at d beginning but it pays well wen u r old n no longer need d money.

Lol. I have no idea if he was the brain behind that. However I know that PTDF built the new department where he became the PTDF chair.
