I guess you meant any place after Igbo land is courting problem for Igbo and IPOB. You are wrong on arrival. There are non-Igbo people who are willing and ready to Ndigbo to form a country. Besides, the Ndigbo are large enough to raise a nation from disintegrated Niger-Area.
