Hmmm this teaches that life is not as Evans think. You kidnapped prominent people in the society and kept them in a common room. What goes around will definitely come around. Please don't cry but rather be asking for forgiveness. May Almighty forgive you.

Hard to believe some of this rubbish. You declare somebody wanted for over 3 years, yet he is living in broad daylight in Lagos. Does he not visit clubs and banks and airport and public places? Did he get a plastic surgery make up or something? How do you pay someone $1m four times and still be unable to trace the money and apprehend the culprit? The Nigerian police and EFCC and DSS are quick to capture journalists because they report against the government and yet cannot apprehend a common criminal that has been terrorising the public for over 5 years. This is the bane of our society. They feed you all these horse shit and assume that we all are idiots. Who supplies this bastard with AK47 and ammunition? Are these sold in the supermarket? How is it that he Nigerian customs can fish out rice importers but cannot identify arms importers? Who informed him to relocate his family to Canada just days before he was apprehended? This Evans has been able to operate in broad daylight because he has been working together with some elements of the police who have been providing him with cover, ammunition and fire power. The decision to send in a crack squad from Abuja is the next step when IGP realises he cannot trust his state command any more. High profile kidnapping like this cannot succeed without the implicit collusion of some elements of the police. And until we address that aspect, we will continue to chase shadows. It is about time that the IGP and the Chief of Army staff set up a crack squad dedicated to apprehend and quelling kidnapping and armed robbery. Also, the likes of MTN and our banks should be compelled to play an active role in combating this menace. They move the money and also enable these truants to communicate over the phone.
