Reno Omokri, media aide to Nigeria's immediate past President, Goodluck Jonathan, has come really hard on the Nation's Minister for information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed.

Since his appointment and following his controversial statements which are hugely viewed as lies by majority of the people, Nigerians have gradually changed his name to 'Lie Mohammed!' some even call him the Minister for lies and falsehood. Lol!!

Well, following the above impression people already have about Alhaji Lai Mohammed, Reno couldnt spare him, atleast not anymore as he appealed to the minister to respect the Holy Month of Ramadan and spare us some lies!!

Reno is obviously referring to himself and Lord of thieves (Jogogoro) who elevated lying and incompetence to a religion like the wendel slim saga where he forged documents to tarnish the reputation of the opposition. Reno that uses every avenue to denigrate Muslims and incite Christians against them wants to pretend he has regards for Muslims when it suits his ill mannered and divisive brand of politics he should look at his lies and conduct for the past years and now hence seek some human decency.

Who should be afraid of an OPEN TRIAL, the accuser (Buhari's govt) or the accused (Dasuki)?

Methinks Nigerians should ask the FG why a man (Dasuki) they accused OPENLY must be tried SECRETLY.

Relax. Common sense should tell u that in an open trial witnesses can be lured, threatened or even killed. Remember we are talking about a man who has operated the highest security office in the country and who is still very well connected. Any person coming to testify against him can easily be eliminated period.

Common sense should tell you that they claimed to have found evidence of the looting. Witnesses can lie but fact and figures does not lie.. As much as I do not support PDP led government, APC and Buhari has been nothing but a total failure. Propaganda stopped working a while ago and an average Nigerian can see APC led government has nothing to offer and our economy is on autopilot.

Boss leave. In western country, there is what is called witness protection. It's said we don't follow it up in Nigeria.

There have been more serious cases in Nigeria and they all had open trial. If those former governors with all their wealth that can procure class A marksmen and cleaners, they I think this should not be different.
And remember cleaners are not that expensive cos it always easier to destroy. Go through our history books and see strong men that have been tried openly.
FG has all the apparatus to provide secured protection and have those witness and their families ghosted afterwords.
By mere hearing the testimony alone, the defendant should be able to tell who is singing awilo the bird.
So don't think for a bit secret trial will help without proper witness protection.
Also don't forget that the witness per say, is not always the target, it's their family. A very loved one, e.g, an only son, mother, etc. They is so because the defendant knows they can always use them to their advantage by psychologically conditioning them to sing a different song.
A lion can start eating grass and hate fresh meat, if a proper work is done.

Also, who told you they need other witness if they are serious. If a good investigation was done, there were documentary evidence discovered, most of these including the statements of the witnesses and the defendant can be tendered through the investigating officer, who is usually the key witness. Without him, the case goes no where. Security man they fear to come give evidence for court when e nor fear to investigate?
Just reason along these lines.
