2017 BUDGET ALLOCATIONS FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS. North Central - N209 billion North West - N73.7 billion South West - N48.97 billion North East - N46.69 billion South South - N35.31 billion South East - N28.22 billion The persons blaming the Igbos are obviously not humans. 28.22 as against 209 is a gross injustice that is visible to the blind and audible to the deaf. My question is, how do you explain that to their sons that should stay with happiness that everything is good,with this kind of injustice . Can we judge this with our church mind?
