I did my test last night and I still await feedback.

Let me take my time to warn the shell robot that is sending people regret mails here and there.
Mr robot please stop the regret, we Nigerians are an embodiment of talent skills and resilience. Make you de think twice before sending that letter.
On a more serious note, I just got this:
Who else got it?
It's a kinda response to the hirevue interview.

This from cubiks not hirevue.
It has no connection to the ‘On-Demand Video Interview' and it does not include the Cognitive Assessment.

Abi o. My friend just told me that she didn't make it. And this lady has a first class. All this one na just smoke and mirrors
Your friends 1st class result is beautiful, however, it should be understood that your degree class is only one out of other factors being considered and does not have the ''veto-power'' to overide other factors.

Yes, it might not be encouraging to you, but i am certain we do not know SHELL's preference and what would be encouraging to them.
Hope for the best, until the end of time.
Be optimistic. wink

I really hope you are joking. That will be the only category in which this your "analysis" will make some sense. Shell vs Shell Nigeria. "Shell" will reject, then "Shell Nigeria" will say "Don't mind those guys jare, they don't know how we roll! Everybody oya come back... ". Then "Shell Port Harcourt" will say, in fact, from now henceforth, no more assessments! That's how we roll in Ph city!! Abi? This is good comic relief, I hope you mentioned that as one of your strengths. As for the 10,000 vacant positions, I still doubt that number. Do you know what is 10,000? That's over a thousand per advertised position. To put it in perspective, the entire staff of Weatherford International or Baker Hughes in Port Harcourt isn't up to 1000.
Check their twitter handle @shell_nigeria, & see the tweet 4 urself. For the 10000, click on ur resume manager till employment opprtns, & rid it dwn & see 4 urself. I jst dnt say anytin witout facts. I gav d links & screenshot

.... 4 years experience in what exactly? For a graduate programme? Shell nigeria twitter handler seems to be saying sth else, maybe it's for experienced role

It's quite obvious that the person handling shell Nigeria twitter handle don't really know about this recruitment...From @Drnice's snapshots and this now? If at all the four years experience is included, then it should be a maximum of four years and not a minimum of four years coz of graduates btw 2014 and 2016 that also applied.
Let's just free their twitter handle for now and see how things will unfold later...wishing everybody success..

You're mixing things up. Did you actually visit the link on the tweet that says 4 years experience??

That tweet from shell is talking about a different program... Shell Energy Challenge and not Shell graduate recruitment.

D date d portal was open is d same date shell tweeted the graduate minimum of 2.1 nd 4 yrs experience. Also chek d wemimo's question or wateva his/her name is.It corresponds to ds post.So it is obvious its d same tn d twitter handle is talkin abt. Then u didnt watch d video d rsn dey are recruiting is to find graduates to solve energy problems. It is an energy industry isn't it.D only problem now is d person handling that tweeter handle is not making sense.Dere is a discrepancy. Those reminders sent to people are authentic also chek d post in it says dey are looking 4 graduates who finished between 2013 and 2016 not graduates who finished 2013 and already av 4 yrs experience. So my people do not give up if u av not been sent a love letter dere is still hope.

For those talking about Shell Nigeria will send mail , I laugh you in Lebanese, as you've noticed and as Shell has told you, they've changed their recruitment process this year to give everyone a level playing ground regardless of where you may be,

The person talking about accent, if you cannot speak slowly in a way someone else will understand, it means you have bad communication skills, which is what Shell doesn't want, from personal experience I think once you get your ",work style" assessment result knowing how well u performed on the test and interview that should tell you if you will cross to stage two, and believe this process is very competitive.

Good luck to everyone that hasn't received their "love letters" you'll probably get a mail soon that you are through to stage 2.
I hope so despite knowing that I bleeped up in the video interview.

Most large companies employing graduates have graduate training programmes in place. These companies
tend to invest thousands in recruiting graduates who have demonstrated impressive academic ability but
who have little or no experience in the world of work. A graduate training programme is a way of bridging
the gap. Graduate training programmes ease candidates into the world of work and give them the skills
necessary to become part of the larger team. They tend to last either one or two years. Some will offer
students the opportunity to experience several different areas of business before choosing a final career
path within the company. Employers’ websites and/or recruitment brochures give details of these.
Graduate schemes in all sectors
Graduate training programmes have long been popular with banks, insurance companies and financial
institutions but they have become increasingly more common with employers across all sectors,
particularly the IT and technical spheres.
