Hello dear Nlanders, happy Sunday to you all, I know here people of all field are here,thats why iam here to hear from you great minds.
for sometime now , when I wake in the morning I will discover fresh marks on my skin like claws of a cat or bird.
this morning again I found it.has anyone here experienced this too, and what could it be?

Wall geckos scratch you in your sleep

These are the pic.of the mysterious marks I wrote that ive been seeing on my skin when I wakeup from sleep.

there is no wall gecko in my house, l live in a very clean clean environment, even when I sleep on pyjamas I still find them.

Hi bro. First of all, for the fact that it is.mysterious, that means its spiritual. Since it is a spiritual case then...a spiritual solution should be used. It has to do with attacks on u by night. Are u a Christian? Then u just need to ensure u pray....esp waking up at night to pray ok?

They do look like gecko scratches. Are you easily aroused from sleep? How long are your nails?

Can also be self inflicted. Maybe u didn't take ur bath before u slept, combined with heat from the weather and u were uncomfortable during ur sleep, resulting in u scratching ur body unconsciously with ur unkept fingernails.

no, I dont think so.even when I sleep with thick clothes during the winter, it occurs too.
