During the advert they were listed among those seeking applications. When the interview list came out, there was nobody enlisted for interview under that ministry

There are candidates shortlisted for ministry of science n techlgy but i think it is only in 3 or 2 states. They are the ministry with the least number of shortlisted applicants followed by transport am guessing. I think ministry of finance only one state or so, not so sure though.

We already know its definitely going to be after Ramadan since sallah is less than a week, the question is when, after the holidays? I personally think it might take up to another month before they issue APL

No one can say for sure. In fact, no one knows what's delaying it. Appointment letters had been ready for a while.

So it will definitely be a surprise.
