This building is not in the US. It was just completed by a medical doctor in his home town Umuchukwu in Anambra State.

This will be the biggest medical research hub in Africa and it was built in his home town. This will "fast forward" development to this area and Anambra state at large. "Igbos now investing in their communities" #Goodone ... Pictures below:

Why spend so much to building an edifice when you haven't spent a kobo on the medical research center itself.

The building would more likely end up an abandoned project and that's because the executor of the project is probably more interested in an ego trip than on bringing about a viable medical research center
