pls mods and the rest of other versatile dudes here,pls do anybody know any international scholarships schemes or schools with low tution fees outside the country one can apply for.Specifically for undergraduate studies.
pls help a brother as I am getting frustrated.............

Op lemme help you out.. Try researching about this countries germany, belgium, austria and turkey. amongst them turkey is cheapest. you can find schools of less than $800 per semester.
