At the bold is contradictory.... if Igbos still remain constitutionally Nigerians, after Oct. 1st, how are you going to nationalize their properties again?
Why would Igbos even imagine remaining part of Nigeria when they are being offered what they were ready to spill blood for; shouldn't they be actively speeding up the process by relocating back to their zones without any delay?

okay . Fayose... a distraction, weather healthy or not but truth be told .. He is a shit head politician... a street urchin who although might be educated but he isnt what nigerian politics or opposition should look like in 2017.

politics is powerful but dumb politics is stupid . the rule of law is non existent in Nigeria.. and largely because these same old men .. they are the ones that fought 50years ago .. now they are fanning the embers of discord.
the youths are jobless, not because they are all lazy but because the system all along wasnt ready for them . they werent prepared. we are still all driven by greed and self preservation. especially the older generation . These old men dem.. Dem just wan scatter every thing for us. I would always say this. I would rather fight for a federal Republic of chibok than of biafra.
Look the last fight or civil war stories they have dug up, they tell us the igbos are betrayals , that the are self rightious but i have lived with chukwuemeka for 5 years . and really that nigger is the best thing to happen to me . i know yomi. lagos boy . and we have been friends 7 years .. he turns it up whenever i am in gidi. then musa. never drinks but always high as a kite . he taught me the kite rules , 6 years .. eyo .. i have known since 2007. i learnt mesere and eyenifot .lol from him . terhemen and i have been frinds since secondary school abi is it adejoh... look we are all the same .. stronger as Nigerians than as either ibo or hausa or yoruba . I am below the age of 50. Any one who is 50, 51 or 52 must have been conceived in the most difficult of times. They are the real Hero's. They can tell us what their mothers went through to bear and raise them. So I guess. They are a handful. And yet. We young and have not seen anything yet Generation want to divide.. Anyways I always would say. Good luck with that.
let me tell u, the best option for Nigeria is to divide because our leaders who managed this country since independent we're greedy visionless thy failed in many areas from health care , to electricity etc. this country is too big with many ethnic groups if we divide into smaller units it will bring More development we still trade together as sister countries.

Now that the time is here, they should know that northern youths do not have time for insults and foot dragging gimmicks but for action; come October 1, all Igbos should just get out, we expect them to be celebrating since they have got the divorce they wanted - its no longer a forced marriage, so they should be happy.[/qSouth

No problems. Come October 1, any Igbo you see in the North, you can go ahead and murder him/her. It won't be the first time. I am sure they won't be up to 3 million Igbo's. Even if you kill all of them, it won't be the first time.

As for the Igbo's in the North, onye ajuru aju, anaghi aju onwe ya. Leave the north. You may lose a lot but it's only a temporary setback. Your fathers lost everything and started again with only 20 pounds, yet they survived. They overcame this terrible setback. They went ahead to build great business across Nigeria. Today their descendants are reasonably ahead some of the people that sort to annihilate them. This time around it is not as bad as it was then. You have the chance to take everything that belongs to you that you possibly can from the North.

Are you people not tired of the insults from other tribes? Everybody is asking us to leave their land. North, West, South South & North Central, everybody. We see this everyday on social media. It's either we are doing something exceptionally well or we are doing things in a terribly bad way. Either way come back home. Are you not tired of insults, uncertainties, anxieties and fears over your lives, properties, investments and above all your families. End the insults. Return home.

How I wish every Igbo man will just ignore every insult against Ndiigbo on social media & refuse to reply or comment.
How I wish every Igbo man will return to the South East and contribute in building our homeland.

No I am not asking for Biafra yet. I am asking our people to take pride in our heritage and build our own land. Nigeria is not like USA. Even if you were born in Alabama, if you lived in NY for up to a year or so, you are a citizen of NY. You can vote and you can be voted for in NY. In Nigeria, even if you have lived all your life in Lagos and your father lived all his life in Lagos but your name is not a Kayode or an Olumide, you are seen as a visitor who can be ejected anytime, especially in the event of crises, notwithstanding the fact that you legally bought the piece of land on which you built your house all by your own effort. The same applies across the whole nation.

If our people come back home and put in the effort we have put into other regions in the last 40 years, perhaps in 10 to 40 years time, we will have a homeland full great and beautiful cities we can all be proud of. Other Nigerians will respect us. They too will start rushing to Aba, Enugu & Onitsha the same way we are rushing to Lagos and Kano today. Above we will leave a better homeland for our children. Our children today are struggling so much over their identity. "Daddy, why are we (Igbo's) hated so much in Nigeria", a terrible question from an 8-year old, a very difficult question for his father to answer.

My view.

Mujtahida:
Bros abeg na. In this time when hatred, mudslinging, misdirection, half truths propaganda and lies have become normative let us be doing it small small.

What you wrote above is a clear case of misdirection. 97% or 5% was not part of Buhari's acceptance speech. He made that statement in the US shortly after he won the election. I just watched a three minute video of the clip on YouTube and all I can say is that in his usual forthrightness and artlessness he played into the hands of his detractors who have twisted and given a different cast to the FULL CONTEXT of what he said. The question he was responding to was directly related to the Niger Delta. But my main point here is that he said that in the US and not as part of his acceptance speech.
You have indeed tried. What happen was when Buhari was questoined in the US that now that he has become the president what would he do to those people who do not cast vote in his favour? He openly answered that he will favour those who gave him 97% than those who gave him 5% votes. The most painful aspect is that this complaint has been on since then. Buhari, because of his Fulani blood and as Islamist whose records are always violence, has not ever come to the open and denied it. Again, it will not be well with him. As at today, everything about this country is finished just for two years. Just two years.

Bro, please stop being naive. Do you mean that IPOB that is a composition of different ethnic group speak for a people of more than 20 million population? And for your information, nobody is spilling anybody's blood. I'm in total support of Biafra, but not the way your Arewa and IPOB is pushing for it. IPOB is an organization that is quiet different from the Igbo ethnic group.

Ugosample:
You should know that not all Igbos support the madness of Nnamdi Cownu and his IPOB touts.
So, they should not suffer for his foolishness
I am not sure that is quite true; because when Kanu gave the sit at home order, all in Igboland complied , showing their support including their governors - that was the final nail in the coffin that prompted the Arewa declaration.
Had Igbo leaders distanced themselves from all Kanu and IPOB's insults and threats (like northern leaders did with the quit notice) then things might have turned out differently; however, Igbo leaders publicly supported Kanu: called for his release, visited him in jail, put up his bail, escorted him home in convoy, gave him money and jeeps, look on while he continues to break every condition of his bail; and finally complied with the sit at home order - pls tell me what do you expect northerners, who had all along had been at the receiving end of all his inslts etc, to do?
There is now genuine feeling of resentment for the Igbos among the youths, who constitute the majority, in the north - the quit notice is its true manifestation.

As for the southern unity you spoke about; we don't care, the north is ready for everybody to be on their own so long as it would mean getting rid of the Igbos - the north is fed up and just doesn't want anything to do with the Igbos anymore, simple.

I am sorry to say, IPOB and Igbo as an ethnicity are synonymous because through out the agitation we have not witnessed any serious challenge or move by a prominent individual or group against the divisive IPOB threats and hate speeches, except for occasional feeble noise from some quarters that amounted to naught other than mere lip service.
This is what convinced the north that Igbos were in unison with IPOB in both intent and modas operandi, that prompted the Kaduna declaration - which is currently getting more and more support in the north.

Just remember that Buhari is not Nigeria no matter what and he will not remain as President forever and you will have peace. Yesterday Gowon was there, Obasanjo was there, Babangida Abacha, Goodluck were all there. Where are they today?

Although I recognise that leaders can shape the destinies of nations by what they do and say but regrettably we have not been blessed with a leader whose heart embraces all.

Look at what Nigerians are doing: when a Northerner is the President they start bursting pipes, promoting militancy, kidnapping expatriates and generally making a part of the country ungovernable. When a Southerner is the President they start bombing churches, schools, motor parks, colleges, marketplaces, mosques, they indulge in terrorism, destruction, cause mayhem, kidnap school girls and hold them hostages.

Now another circle has begun again. Bad words, hatred, mutual distrust, ultimatums etc. When will it end? Will Biafra be it?
