Ull need a whole lot more than 1000 gamers to sign before playstation acknowledges it i started my own petition about sometime last year and i hv almost 900 signatures ive posted the thread on nairaland sha. Ive tweeted at shuhei yoshida ( president of sony) ive done a lot of stuff with no feedback. And i think i know y maybe its cuz in other countries where they allow ps registration they hv at least about 100000 ps consoles so a thousand signatures doesnt really matter to sony even if we hv a 1000 we need more and as i am i dont know of a wider platform to promote this campaign. Most pple who use the internet in nigeria only care about which celebrity just farted anyway sha ill continue supporting and i'll sign urs too |

11 whole months and u people are still strugglin to reach 999, even with all the pc pirates we have lmao , seems adaobi doesnt know the kind of people we deal with in nigeria, why in the world should sony allow u register directly to psn when nigerians will not even buy their games nor psvr and play online? no be pirate and pc players full here ?? how many of u come out to tournaments in nigeria? , how many of u play online here?? Those that buy few games sef are busy buying fps only cod and overwatch and all that rubbish genre that no one cares about in the big picture of things ... u are all busy buying pirated ps3 games in nairaland, there are more ps3 posts in here than ps4 posts, u think this is what sony wants from nigeria??, make una dey there dey waste una time voting with fruitless venture that nobody cares about , those that need sony have already registered to psn in USa and Uk and others, make una dey maga una sef, sony has way more important things to do than pay attention to people who do not even have 24hrs electricity supply, keep wasting ur time tryna sign up for a useless venture , i will be happy to see that u can only amass 102 votes in 8 months. Those that want to play ps4 online are already doing so, I play online everyday, i have psvr and already bought psvr games , i buy digital games how i like I dont need a senseless petition to achieve anything or have fun especially from a group of people that dont even have constant electricty talkless of play online. or a group of people that are busy playing ps2 and ps3 games in a 4k ps4 pro world, complete waste of time and effort..totally fruitless venture. who has time to vote for something that is already a failure... backward mentality...pirates should come and be voting on a petition nobody checks when thousands of nigerians are already playing on psn.. the ignorance here is extremely appauling.. who fruitless petition epp? |

04kaa:First of all, lollllllllz. Secondly, I think this whole petition adventure is fruitless. Nigerians should not even think bout it. With d way our financial services are run, its not gonna b possible. Next, scammers. Nigeria's image has been so badly brutalised in d foreign markets. Jus not possible |

Biafra has a beta chance of having psn than Nigeria, seriously Nigerian mindset when it comes to gaming online, competitions is poor, I had hope.buh it faded away, maybe in next 20 years |

Why not write and publish articles on why it is economically beneficial for Nigeria to be recognised by PSN? Beneficial not just for Sony but for Nigerians. I think that might help the petition gain more steam. |

How many nigerians have good internet/play online.... Shift ur focus guy.. Also ps plus is 60 usd per month, dats like 25k....how many peep would pay that.. |
| Re: Petition For Nigeria To Be Recognised By Playstation Network. by Nobody: 12:41am On Aug 31, 2017 |
crafteck:$60 per month? Where did you see that figure? It's £6.99 in the U.K. which gets to about N3271 per month. I'm all for debating the merits of the assertion but be careful of spreading blatant misinformation. Also "how many Nigerians have good internet/play online" isn't a good enough reason not to pursue this. Do you know how much money this economy brings to other developed countries? Even if the player base isn't there now is it something we should be encouraging instead of telling others to shift their focus? Just because it's not your focus doesn't mean it shouldn't be someone else's. |

Look around you, the economical and infrastructural facilities on ground are laughable, try explaining to sony that it was nepa that took light during your match so you dont get penalised, im a gamer, i earn my living from games, look at the objectiveness of this petition through an average mans point of view...... This shouldn't be next on our agenda. |
