Is it possible to swap Toyota Sienna 2007-2009 with 2GR (3.5litre) engine with a Toyota sienna 2005 engine 3MZ (3.3litre)

Note.
The swapping involves changing completely with engine & gear , ECU alongside every other components in the engine bay of donor car (2005) Sienna. The donor car complete tokunbo van which is to be stripped for part abroad.

Are there special consideration to be taken if possible?

Was told since both model have body structure that replacing the engine with complete gear with the complete wire harness and ECU will work.
Was yours completely replaced?

Though not completely replaced just the engine. Ever since i did that, its been from one problem to another.
