deebest8:It appears Nigerians like to encourage Fraud, by their own actions an inactions? What you and others should be doing is Writing a Petition to the EFCC. This crime falls under section 419 of the criminal code (Obtaining by Deceit) I can assure you that the EFCC will not joke with this matter and the thief will not only refund your money, he would never do such thing again. The "local" Police as usual, are ridden with corruption themselves so, not much hope for them. If you are really serious about what you said, do the above, make sure you back it up with photocopies of all your evidence, include audio too if you have them (ensure you keep originals and backups of everything sent, including the petition itself) Come back here and give testimony, that the EFCC really works. ![]() |

obidevine:The question then is how the prospective tenant will know the genuine landlord/landlady. A fraudulent Agent can take you to a fake landlord. To me, it is safer to use the professional Estate surveyors and valuers because they have their names and certificates to protect and they belong to a Professional body called the NIESV. |

Bros this one is easier than most people think. Go to Special fraud unit SFU of the NPF at milverton road ikoyi and lodge your complaint. The alhaji would be picked up in no time. The orile police is compromised already, you have to go over their head and watch the magic happen. Grab your pop corn and enjoy the rest of the movie. The agent will call you separately and offer to settle you. When you have collected your money, tell other victims to repeat procedure. |

deebest8:Go to special fraud unit. This falls under their jurisdiction and they are good at it. Next option is EFCC. But try sfu first. |
