Multiple bomb blast has rocked Maiduguri, Capital of Borno State in North Eastern part of Maiduguri leaving many dead.

More than five bomb blast sounds were heard in different parts of Maiduguri followed by sporadic gunshots at exactly 11:15pm on Sunday night.

University of Maiduguri lost some yet to be disclosed number of security personal due to the bomb blast which exploded inside the security office.

According to information on ground, one of the bombs exploded inside the investigator office. The victims were rushed to the University of Maiduguri teaching hospital.
