Not all schools require those. Important ones are jamb result, O'level cert, birth cert/age declaration, LGA letter or cert of identification(clearance).... You could check which your school required last year and start stockpiling them.

I don't think so... But you should visit the admissions office of your school and do some enquiries. So as to be sure an affidavit would be accepted

Nabteb?,..Nabteb is always downplayed by most uni's..But Polythenic may just accept you...Not saying nabteb aint allowed, But is a bit complicated.
