Please HELP:

For the past two weeks my battery has been giving me issues, once it drops to 20% it begins counting down literally ie..

you would see it drop to 19,18,17,16 to zero all in a few seconds then the fone goes off....

how can I fix this as the battery is non removable

Hello everyone, please my infinix note 3 x601 is not showing SIM when inserted... Both SIM ports did not reflect. I am sure it was place well. Please what's is the solution to this problem. Thank you

@Dameastra, have u tried to insert different network sims in d phone or insert the current sim in another location, if yes, I would suggest u take it carlcare if warranty still covers u for phone check up.. Warm wishes

Carlcareopebi I have an issue with my Note 3, The network signal has been poor all of a sudden ,when am home I get zero network on Glo ,Airtel and 9mobile but MTN works , when am out of the house the network comes back though not strong ,I thought it was a network issue until I removed my Glo sim from my infinix Note3 to another Android phone at home and the network was blazing and super fast , what could be wrong with my phone ?

Please help, my note 3 back camera Is blurry,the front is clear and sharp but the back doesn't look like it's 13mp.
Anyone experiencing this and is there any solution..
I've tried resetting the camera settings back to default and all that, it's still doesn't improve.
Please help me out

Sorry about that.. Have you try auto focus or tapping on screen to get focus?

Based on your complaints I believe you are having poor signal reception definitely from your network provider reception host

a message will just appear on my home screen telling me that "ui not responding",but e go first hang like 2-3 minutes, it will either tell me to wait for it to respond or kill it(no too sure I remember the exact word).
