I don't think the FBI have much of a case. The only solid evidence was his DNA on Greg. For an accused to be convicted of murder, there has to be motive and the only motive the FBI could come up with couldn't be backed up with evidence.

His fingerprints couldn't be found anywhere inside Greg's house, just outside his window. Not hard enough.

FBI needs to build a real case. all they have now is assumptions. Any good lawyer would tear them to shreds. I trust proctor to do just that.
