That means they have gotten a lot of applications.

If you had not registered completely before . You can try applying on this portal Apply.npower.gov.ng ..if the issue persist go to your bank and complain

you are to type your names correctly as in your BVN
if issue still persist, make sure you use the phone number and the bank account you used to register your bvn
