Ordered for my Leagoo M8 from Jumia since 18th June and I'm yet to get any update from them, just a message that delivery may slightly be delayed.

Tried sending a mail to their customer care and response I got is that my account has been deactivated.

Can anybody please advice me on the step to take, because I'm confused.

Talk to them via tweeter and see how it goes most of those guys dont know their job well enough. Just ask them about your order & give them your tracking/ order nober. Dont say anything about account deactivation yet. Stevebrown any update regarding ur device
