Nollywood Actress, Tonto Dikeh has shared a video on Instagram which shows little flakes of what looks like snow falling somewhere in Lagos, Nigeria. Her post on Instagram claims it happened on the 30th of June 2017. We don’t know how true this is, but the weather today (the 30th of July) in Lagos has been really cloudy and almost like it’s going to rain.
