We need a Polished, professional customer service rep. - An unwavering commitment to customer service, with the ability to build productive relationships - Resolve complex issues and win customer loyalty. - Strategic-relationship/partnership-building skills -- listen attentively, solve problems creatively, and use tact and diplomacy to find common ground and achieve win-win outcomes Job Description Professionally handle incoming requests from customers. (calls, email and text) To act as the bridge between the management and the customers Ensuring that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly. Attend to customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately. Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer informations. Educating the customers where applicable. Troubleshoot customers issues over the phone. And all other functions assign to him/her by the manager. Required Skills Excellent computer skills are essential in this position, able to use management software, word processing programs, spreadsheets, presentation software and graphic design programs.
