Ingredients 10 snails Alum Red pepper... Green Pepper Onions 1/2 tablespoon of salt Maggie Groundnut oil. How to prepare pepper Snail Remove all the snail from the shell into a large bowl. Wash all the snail with alum till it's no longer slimly Put it in a big pot,Add Maggie,Salt and Onions to boil for 10mins. Blend your Red pepper + onions. Heat the oil let it bleach for 1/2 a mint, add blended pepper,Slice the green pepper into the mixture add season and let it dry for 2 min. Add the snail and stir well to absorb the Pepper.
