The injustice that pervades this part of the globe is self-evident. I know that some are benefiting so they do not want the status quo changed. We do not need a holder of PHD to lead a struggle against injustice. What it requires is courage, commitment, conviction, and empathy. You do not acquire these virtues through academic studies otherwise we will be looking in the direction of Charles Soludo or similar. However, in terms of western education Kanu can stand his grounds. Have you not heard him speak on diverse subjects? It is hypocrisy to demand very high academic standards from Kanu when you are very happy under a Buhari presidency. Is Buhari more educated or possess more leadership quality than Kanu.
