Hello great guys I think this is high time we need to appreciate Nigerians on the talent God has giving us.

This guy has been in this business for a long time reviving any accidented cars brought to him either from abroad or from local insurance companies.

I think people like this needs to be encouraged by patronising him or using your position to bring this guy to the world. Belief me or not if people like this guy could be expose to more heart moving machine in automobil world... I mean this guy will deliver.

I want to u to know that everything is a learning experience.
customers are customers for who they are, some difficult , others easy.

u can take a lesson from today experience.
for example , when u have a troubleshooting that requires high financial outlay, u may let the customer know that u are proffering Long term solution, & then link customer up with someone who does do quick fixes, if u are able to judge customer is not able to take ur option.
Nothing has taken ur reputation , just be conscious of how u may handle diff cases.

dear valvariz, your explanation is okay as ur aim was to point out different approach customers may want in solving his her problem,

please let us not assume DAT because a customer bought a car u term expensive, he or she has more funds at his disposal,
some buy their "dream car" with "all they have" others can afford without a sweat, remember fingers are not equal.
dear airex, while it's okay to be dissatisfied and feel bad about a service, the approach does matter, everyone of us are into one service/product or the other, u can not be 100% every time.
u should have just brought the issue to gazzuzz, stating what u went thru without coloring the issue so that the person can take a professional re-look of his action, explain why he took that decision and offer professional apology for not being able to meet ur need.

Op, you took your car to a professional and he suggested a permanent solution with cost implications, if you can't afford it, that's your headache.

You opted for a cheap fix and got sorted your problem, that's your call. Are you honestly telling us that a replacement engine with guarantee from the installer is an awful thought to your kazeem short cut?

If Gazzuzz had tempered the engine and you're still experiencing the problem you took your case in for, then you've a solid case.

He has built a name so I think he wouldn't want to be indulge in any quick fix and as a professional, reputation matters. Didn't you read on a thread where he replaced the engine of a Honda car he bought for himself, why didn't he kazeem the engine with piston rings, camshaft and oil seals?

They're was also nothing absolutely wrong in you seeking a short term fix from another Mechanic which may not even be a Kazeem like most people think.
I'm sure even Gazzuz may have on several occasions done short term fix depending on his judgement and his clients pocket/personal pocket. What matters most is communication and respect for each individual's mode of operation.
