Wanted: Picture Of The Aba Car Snatcher /Armed Robber

This is to bring to the notice of the public(aba residents).
The footage of the person you see here is wanted for attempted car snatching and robbery of valuables including ATM cards on 25/06/17 on his way to church. The suspect was last seen on 26/06/17 at # 1 Ikot Ekpene Rd, Aba at about 12:14 pm withdrawing from the victim's(my dad) accounts. what process did u go thru before the bank released these pictures.my mom was equally robbed and the thief cleared her account till now first bank are yet to give us pictures.
