In a nutshell, if u know wat u are doing, it's OK. It can be a project bt kazeem s mostly don't know wat they are doing, they just know this will work (either true or not) either for good or bad. As long as it drives, that's kazeem thought, who care if it vibrates or is unbalanced (after all, slot of peeps don't even know how smooth their vehicle should ride)

Wanted to open a thread on this. I was amazed when I saw most Nissan murano engine and gear box been sqwappd with Toyota 3mz engine and gear box. My cousin owns one and the car moves very smooth. But i advised him to just sell the car as scrap because both engine and gear box eemyt bad almost the same time. He is a very non chalant person. Anyways going to six months now he is still using it but fear nor let me drive am sha. Him sef fear nor let am use the car travel. Attached are pics i got from OLX

As far back as March, I saw this Ford Focus undergoing surgery in a mechanic workshop. Fortunately, the owner of the car was around on the day and so I asked why he didn't buy a replacement engine instead of the conversion which he had to buy both Toyota engine and gearbox, his response was that the car had electrical issues.

On that day, they were trying to kick it, it did start but goes off immediately. Till I left, it was same issue. Last week I passed by that garage, the car was still there.

It's most likely a UZ. At least, that Toyota engine is an upgrade to the Benz unlike the downgrades our "mechanics" do.

Compared to what that Benz came with, yes. It also had a supercharger kit from TRD, if the owner wanted to go higher.

its a V8 engine fitted in 19xx to 2002 or less of this models before the engine was upgraded. the one in the benz is 1UZ
