That is why you have separation of powers. Moreover, the same DSS report that is used to comfirm other appointees and tendered to jail people in court indicted Magu and you are blaiming a senate working on dss report. Infact, it would have been horrible for the senate to comfirm Magu with the damning report of the dss. If you still refuse to accept this argument it can only be because you are being partisan in your analysis.
