some of the landlords here are retired senior civil servants.its wasn't until the militants drama of last year, that some of them started displaying their arsenals.

no wonder... because a lot of level 14 civil servant would not be willing to stand as refree for a young man to get shotgun legally... that is where the difficulty lies.
