Some people do not have first school leaving certificate,I hope that would not be a criteria to judge during documentation especially if the person has gotten the certificate as an adult

Four critical things were mentioned in the post
1.Original WAEC
2.Date of Birth
3.Bsc. Certificate
4.Nysc. Certificate

This...as easy and straight forward as it sounds will disqualify many(name disparity, inconsistent age, picture on waec naa old man face like buhari ... ..

Every other thing is addition.

The reason why you should take documentation as an assessment is that banks are perpetually in the eye of the public and if anything happens tmao nairaland will qualify the news using the banks name....sth like "former first bank staff gives birth to new born snake" ....and as a publicly traded cimpany, speculation(gotten from news) affects value of stocks.

So, do take it seriously!!!


On a lighter note "will the news above increase the value of FB stocks ".....if lalasticlala is a major share holder

Once you get to oshodi, take palmgroove, from palmgroove take a bus going to costan and ask if it will reach NB. if yes drop at NB and walk down but if it's stopping at costan, take keke 50 to First bank.

-->Make sure to get to d venue @least 30mins before the accessment starts cos we signed attendance register and ofcos punctuality is important in banking
-->Also try as much as you can to dress appropriately i.e corporately,cos our picture was taken (dunno why)
-->we discussed a topic about revitalizing the energy sector, here, even if you don't know anything about the topic, try and grab points while discussing with ur group members.
-->Competency based test was the toughest for me cos I wasn't prepped for the Q's @ all. Points to note, know your strength and weaknesses as a job seeker, rehearse how to introduce ursef to an interviewer and VERY IMPORTANTLY KNOW ALL ABOUT FIRST BANK, especially their products, services and achievements in the banking sector.
-->Learn how to work with power point
-->Rehearse your essay skills, the topic is the same with what's discussed in the group
-->logical and numerical reasoning are tacklable, at least if you made it this far, you can handle them.
In conclusion, be bold, be yourself, don't lie during your competence based test,and be time conscious during the tests(numerical and logical)
